Theme: Hexagon inspired black and Rose gold colours
It was wonderful being a part of this chic and modern wedding. Charlene, sister of the bride, who has a wedding planning background, did a superb job in putting all of it together.
I loved the hexagon theme and colours of the wedding and we pulled this through into the design and stationery process. Rose gold foiling set the tone for an up–market yet soft and romantic feel. The black, in contrast to rose gold, was a great palette to work with and finished off the theme in a chic style.
Name cards – inspired by the bride – were comprised of 2 cards that slotted into each other, with the guests’ names printed in rose gold onto black. The signage was done in rose gold on white – to give a clean, crisp look. What stood out the most for me was the seating plan – we made hexagonal boxes with each couple’s name on it – they then had to pull open the box to find their table number.
All in all, it was a pleasure working with Charlene and the theme served as an inspiration to us all!
